When someone searches for training in your area, your ad and landing page need to answer the same question: does this program fit what they are looking for?
Enroll Boost AI builds and manages campaigns as part of a connected marketing and admissions system. We start with your program and market, then connect the campaign to a clear inquiry path and student follow-up.
Discuss your program and market
Build around the program and service area
Campaign planning starts with the programs you want to promote, where students can attend, upcoming start dates, available seats, and the budget you can support. A local dental assisting program and a different trade program need their own messages and qualification questions.
Search intent matters as much as the number of searches. Someone comparing schools may need program details; someone looking for a job may not be a fit for a training campaign. Review the actual search terms and inquiry quality as campaigns run.
Match the landing page to the search
A prospective student should quickly find the program, location, schedule, tuition information, and next step relevant to the ad. Use a direct path to request information, apply, or book a conversation according to your admissions process.
The page should set accurate expectations. It should not promise employment, credentials, financial aid, or outcomes that your school cannot substantiate.
Put follow-up behind every inquiry
An inquiry still needs a response. Campaign management works alongside AI student follow-up, booking, reminders, and nurture so your team can act on the interest the campaign creates.
For a school with tours, that may mean answering initial questions, helping the student book, and sending reminders. For a program that enrolls through admissions calls, the same system should lead toward the call instead.
Separate advertising results from enrollment results
Measure the stages you can verify:
| Stage | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Ad click | Someone visited after clicking an ad. |
| Inquiry | Someone submitted their information or made contact. |
| Qualified inquiry | The prospect meets your school's agreed fit criteria. |
| Appointment booked | A tour, call, or other appointment was scheduled. |
| Appointment attended | The student completed that appointment. |
| Paid enrollment | Your records confirm the required payment and enrollment status. |
Use the school's actual enrollment and payment records to evaluate downstream outcomes. Ad-platform conversions alone do not establish collected revenue.
What we need to plan a campaign
Bring your program details, service area, start dates, class capacity, current inquiry and enrollment numbers, and an initial advertising budget. We'll use those inputs to discuss the campaign and follow-up work your school needs.
For a specific program example, see dental assisting school marketing. Our enrollment case study explains the follow-up process used at First Class Dental Assisting; it does not isolate a Google Ads result.
